This is a favorite tee shot. You need a little breeze to carry the edge of the bunker on the right, (290 yards) which is the proper line. Look to your left and note the pin on 18, as it will be blind when you reach that fairway.

The hole will not play to its yardage and a well struck tee shot will leave about 150 yards or less. This is down valley, downwind and downhill, so take care with your club selection. The right side is a great backboard, especially if you find one of the fairway bunkers. Your ball will release on the green.

Putts from right to left are very fast and it’s hard to hit a putt from left to right past the hole.
