You’re not alone if you’ve seen – and read about – a lot of activity involving The Springs.
A month ago, the Boerne Independent School District agreed to purchase 19 acres within The Springs for a possible elementary school. Although no firm plans are currently in place to build a school on the land, the purchase agreement positions Boerne ISD to be proactive for the expected rapid growth in that area.
The January 2021 issue of Cordillera Living will spotlight the land purchase, as well as the substantial population growth within the district and the historical aspect of the land as a site for schools. A sneak peek of the article is below:
We also recently announced the unveiling of new homesites within the flourishing Springs community, which includes Unit 302 (pictured below). Averaging 2.3 acres in size, these homesites boast panoramic views and tree coverage for privacy, and are priced from $150,000 to $300,000. Most homesites include central water, sewer and gas services, which save property owners tens of thousands of dollars in utility installation costs.
