We also recently announced the unveiling of new homesites within the flourishing Springs community, which includes Unit 302 (pictured below). Averaging 2.3 acres in size, these homesites boast panoramic views and tree coverage for privacy, and are priced from $150,000 to $300,000. Most homesites include central water, sewer and gas services, which save property owners tens of thousands of dollars in utility installation costs.
